Kobe Bryant was drafted in the NBA by the Charlotte Hornets, June 26, 1996, a date written as 26/6, like 266.

And keep in mind he died 266-days after his wife's birthday as well, January 26, 2020.



Of course, Kobe Bryant died in the time of the 266th pope, the first openly Jesuit pope.
